Fellow Selection Process
The KAYINAMURA Fellowship Program will establish a network of apostolic leaders with understanding and interaction within the Rwandan development community. They will be encouraged to nominate the people they see modeling a true heart for the renewal of Rwanda whom they know within their field and beyond.
The Selection Committee will be composed of individuals on the Board of Directors. Each nomination will be considered through discernment and prayer; the committee will take in mind the program's selection criteria, the nomination letter, along with evaluations from other experts collected by the program staff.
