Methods of Disbursement
The foundation will facilitate its giving to Rwanda based on the proven character of the recipient. With that as the general tone, the foundation will operate both a fellowship program and some project-specific grants where appropriate. This funding will be in support of people working towards community, economic, educational, cultural, social or spiritual development.
In all cases, funding will be awarded to individuals on whom God is evidently working for the good and future of Rwanda, exhibited by the means of extraordinary character and dedication in their community and nation, marked with a capacity for self-direction.
